Insight

Red10 is a specialist recruitment agency working across the insurance and asset management sectors. We were briefed to modernise their digital brand and deliver a new website that feels sharper, bolder and more relevant to the way people hire today.

Working closely with the team, we created a recruitment agency website design that strengthens Red10’s identity and makes the experience effortless for both candidates and employers — while positioning the brand as one of the most distinctive voices in the London recruitment market.

Branding

The branding brief was clear and uncompromising: create a fresh digital identity that competitors would envy, and move beyond the predictable “grey suit” look that dominates recruitment.

We built a stripped-back but high-impact system using a restricted palette of red, black and white, paired with typography and logo refinements that mirror Red10’s tone — direct, honest and no-nonsense. To keep everything consistent as the brand grows, we produced clear brand guidelines for future rollout.

Web design

The website design extends the new identity with confident iconography — including arrow and target motifs — used sparingly to keep the experience clean and punchy. Every unnecessary element was removed, leaving a bold, minimal interface that feels modern and premium.

To challenge the usual recruitment visuals, we curated diverse, high-quality photography that puts real people at the centre of the brand. The result is vibrant, engaging and unmistakably Red10 — a recruitment agency website design that feels at home in London, without leaning on tired clichés.

We also introduced subtle texture and movement to bring the brand to life. The homepage hero uses light animation to draw attention to key brand elements, while the Jobs page features animated blocks and progressive content loading that adds energy without slowing the user down.

Web development

Red10’s goal was simple: win more candidates and attract more employers through the website. We developed a responsive WordPress build designed around clear journeys and fast access to information.

Candidates can find and explore live roles quickly, while employers are guided through sector-specific services that clearly show Red10’s performance and value. Broadbean integration ensures jobs are automatically added and updated, reducing admin time and keeping listings current.

Performance was a priority, so we optimised image delivery across devices and reduced HTTP requests using sprite sheets. Responsive behaviour was carefully considered too — for example, directional arrows on the Meet the Team page automatically adapt based on screen size, keeping layouts consistent across platforms.

Support and maintenance

Alongside WordPress training for the Red10 team, we provide ongoing maintenance and support — ensuring the site stays secure, updated and performing at its best.
